I have a Ford E350 Super Duty that I brought in to have the cooling system serviced. It took 3 separate attempts to get the problem with the cooling system resolved and it was extremely frustrating. However, after getting a manager involved I was not charged for repairs that were made that didn't solve the problem. This shop is awesome I had a serious truck and trailer problem. They took care of me very quickly and at a reasonable rate. It’s really hard to find a shop that respects not just your truck and or your trailer but also treats YOU personally with respect. Rita, Johnny, Daniel definitely understand and respected my time All of us at Andrews thank you for working hard in not such great weather! I have a 30 ft Boom Truck, an ETI. One of the biggest challenges I have faced with this truck, is finding a qualified hydraulic service tech. I'm so glad I found Certified Fleet Services who was able to resolve an issue I had getting the boom to retract. Thank you Rit, Ashley and especially Jose for resolving the issue! I will definitely be back.
Got me in the same day did my DOT annual inspection fix’s minor repairs and got me on the road in an hour. Awsome company great people. Shout out to Rita and Johnny.
