Great working with this company. Did a very great job and the work was well done. The company responded greatly and was very helpful to making the right decisions for my property. Despite how it took a bit of extra time than other appraisers, this work was well done and perfect in every way. I have no idea why the other review is a one star. It was an absolute pleasure working with Certified Equity Appraisers. Would highly recommend to others.
This company gives unfair appraisals, does not give proper value for your home when appraised by not adding value for major items and actual will make up items on comparables to justify their value given. Stay away to avoid wasted time, money and huge headache.
