I was pleased to have called CET for a ceiling fan replacement and installation of a new ceiling fan. It was not easy to find a reliable electrician. A technician was dispatched to my house, 8/4, to repair the attic fan by home warranty company. The motor was burned out so he replaced with a “new fan”. Saturday 8/9 the fan began making a loud grinding noise as if something was caught in the blades or motor. It started off intermittent and then increased to the point that it was so loud you could hear it in the basement. I have used CET several times. Each time their honesty and integrity shows through. This time, I had a bad breaker in my panel. I contacted them and they asked for a picture of the panel so they could ensure that they had the correct breaker. In the interim, I contacted Gary (the owner) and asked him if, based on the age of my home would it make sense to replace all of the breakers.
