Robert was our technician. He was fast to respond to our roof leak caused by an ice dam in a gutter. He clearly explained the process and got to work quickly to prevent any further damage. Septic system backup due to excessive rain. Basement floor was very wet covering most of the cement floor. Deeper closer to drain. Very responsive. Quick removal made the difference. Very thorough process. Made sure we were in a good position to minimize damage. I can’t say enough good things about them. I worked with Nick, Robert, Robert and Victoria.

I just dealt with a company called Certified dry restoration because I had a leak coming in from outside my house. Unfortunately, for me, there was some mold present and I was lucky enough to find Certified Dry Restoration. They came out right away, and began drying out the air I came every day to check everything and eradicated all the mold. They also removed the necessary drywall And insulation as needed.
