Septic system backup due to excessive rain. Basement floor was very wet covering most of the cement floor. Deeper closer to drain. Very responsive. Quick removal made the difference. Very thorough process. Made sure we were in a good position to minimize damage. I can’t say enough good things about them. I worked with Nick, Robert, Robert and Victoria.

I just dealt with a company called Certified dry restoration because I had a leak coming in from outside my house. Unfortunately, for me, there was some mold present and I was lucky enough to find Certified Dry Restoration. They came out right away, and began drying out the air I came every day to check everything and eradicated all the mold. They also removed the necessary drywall And insulation as needed. Angela was wonderful! She came out immediately when my bathrooms flooded to start drying everything out. I was nervous about pulling up the flooring and removing the cabinets but Angela took the time to explain why it was necessary. The damage could have so much worse if she had not acted so quickly. She found water trapped between two layers of flooring. Fortunately, the damage was contained to the bathrooms. Our experience with Certified Dry Restoration Project Managers Angela May and Cali Farmer began the same day we called for emergency help to deal with a flood caused by a water overflow in an upstairs bathroom that not only affected the carpeting and flooring in two adjoining rooms and a hallway, but also dripped through the ceiling of the garage below.
