Incomprehensibly inept practice.
Everything went as expected, a little bit of a wait but once inside room very attentive
Staff was very nice. Doctor was great.
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. The receptionist, Nancy, is truly bad for business. I witnessed how rude and disrespectful she was toward her coworkers, speaking to them in such a demeaning and unprofessional way. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work with her on a daily basis. She also had an unnecessary attitude with me, speaking to me as if I were slow.
