If you have American Home Shield and are assigned Certified Comfort for your AC or Heater, don’t let them come. Call AHS and ask them to assign Fire & Ice. For me, Certified Comfort came out, spent 3 minutes inspecting my AC, and then left and I never heard back from them. The service tech was clearly a guy who hates his job.

Currently dealing with this company again the worst for sure, nobody answer the phone always send the call to voicemail and send a text telling you to text me, but as well nobody answers, last year they "fix" my A/C with a leak and add Freon to the unit, now again my A/C has a leak and needs Freon and they want to charge me again for the same reason, not sure if they will ever be able to fix it but I’m already looking my options with my lawyer, and to report the company to contractors state license board.

Would give zero stars if possible. We were assigned this contractor through American Home Shield. He was rude, unreliable, and there were prolonged delays in the service we needed done. I am disappointed that AHS would continue to use such a poorly rated contractor.

He performed his diagnostics and with in 30 minutes had my AC unit up and running. My system is over 20 years old and I was concerned we’d have to buy a new HVAC system! This company was a life saver and Steve was not only professional but was determined to fix the problem. I highly recommend going with Cer... read more

十 " this company. Came to fix the control panel for my heater, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, the control panel continued to malfunction after their visits. I felt that the service provided was not up to the expected standard, and I would caution others to consider alternative options for their heating needs."(very rude people. Especially, Steve the owner. I don’t understand how thay still in business) if you read the other comments, you will know... read more
