I had a terrible experience with this company. I was referred from Matthews Classic Collision Center to the Monroe location, and the service was extremely disappointing. After my accident, they replaced my liftgate, but during the process, their technicians forgot a screw inside it. On top of that, their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive when I brought up the issue.
