Recently took my vehicle for repairs due to hail damage and they did an awful job!!!! My vehicle looks worse now than it did w the hail damage , over spray every where, finger prints on the body, messed up chrome on body, scratches where they removed the box, and the list goes on! So I figured they gave me my vehicle dirty so I couldn't see the shitty job they did. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I had another St Cloud body shop repaint my hood from a minor scrape. The other body shop screwed up my fender and then lied about it. I took the car to Shamrock Auto Body and Roberto took care of me. Shamrock fixed the other company's damage and got it done in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the work Shamrock did.
I had my vehicle towed to Orlando Supercenter Geico told me they were One Stop Shop they took parts off my vehicle when I went down there to sign paperwork I seen the parts off my vehicle then they told me they couldn't fix my axle so I had to have it towed to Greenway Dodge me and while I assume they put the parts back on my vehicle but they didn't he threw it in the back of the truck as it was being towed and being outside and got rained on in my rear tail light got water all in it scratches all over it Greenway Dodge to f... read more
If you ever get in a wreck, choose this shop. I can't brag enough on the amazing work that was done. Not only is the shop the cleanest one I have ever seen, but the staff is so professional and clean cut. I met Kristie and Faisal once I brought my car in. They we're very polite. I then met Eric who was my point of contact the entire time my car was in the shop. He was great with updating me with any parts that were delayed and with the process they were in. Great work thank you guys for the great experience took care of my car with no hassle. I have progressive and they just took care of it all and turn around time was very reasonable. I didn't need to call my insurance for nothing. The work is great returned my car to me like if i took it off the car lot shiny and clean. Thank you guys
I made arrangements to leave my car on a Sunday and my key in the drop box as we would be out of town for a week. I left my business card as we discussed so they could call about the repairs that were covered through my insurance except for the deductible. I heard nothing and expected there were no problems. I returned to find out that they had done NOTHING to my car. Wow. I needed work done on my car ASAP, I called them on Friday, they had parts for my BMW by Monday, I dropped it off at 730am on Monday and it was done in 24 hours. I was leaving on orders on Wednesday and needed it done ASAP, Ronnie was completely understanding and ensured he would do whatever he could to have it done. AND IT WAS! I am so happy and thank you to West Florida Paint and Body for the unbelievable service that no one else in Pensacola could do for me. (USAA preferred!!!) Mara B.
They go beyond excellent service, offer to give me a ride to my rental. Did a fantastic job on my repair, polished my front lights and did some additional scratches at no extra cost! I hardly recommend them.
I've got my car on the day the said it would be ready .....I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else
