Hampton Collision was first recommended to me by my Auto Insurance/State Farm....for a small body damage on my S-10. Awesome work!! Because of their professionalism & expertise, I went back to them 3/01/22 for a problem with the latch on the 3rd door of my truck. From phone call to get an appointment to the day I got my truck in & out (3/01/22), not a hitch. As promised, a 30 mns.wait to get a new latch in. It even seemed less. I have a 20 year old Sequoia which had an accident that required many parts to be replaced. I knew it would be even more difficult due to the supply chain shortages. I met with Heather who is super friendly, knowledgeable and received an estimate almost immediately and agreed to proceed. Took my Challenger in for repairs after hit and run. They gave me an estimate for replacing door since the dent was so deep I told them that would be fine agreed to the estimate and told them to go ahead with the repairs. For some reason the shop took it upon themselves to just pull the dent out of the door and repaint without letting me know or getting my approval for the change. Empire Auto Body was fantastic! Lisa was especially helpful, and kept me informed with the progress of my car almost daily. My car looks great and I am glad I took it there though I live in West Palm Beach. I would highly recommend this business when needing your car repaired.
Guys!!!! Wow wow wow!! This was the best and easiest experience from start to finish. I was involved in a hit and run at the dollar general in Freeport and no one fessed you to it. As disappointed as I am in degenerate people like that - it was quickly restored back to me when working with Andrew, Vince and Bobby.
