I’m absolutely mind blown with the professionalism with certified collision. They treated me with respect and were honest the whole time . My truck was damaged bad due to a deer running out off the woods. When I got my truck back I was absolutely blown away. I highly recommend them. 10/10. Big thanks to their whole entire team.

Would rate higher if I could. Called them and asked if they’d be willing to check out a used vehicle for me briefly before I considered purchasing it. They were very responsive and set up an appointment right away free of charge. Toney inspected the vehicle with me and showed me as well as explained what he was finding. Vehicle ended up having lots of issues and thankfully he was able to show me all the things he’s found. Very attentive and responsive people with excellent communication. Would absolutely recommend them.
I just want to say, I just started with them today, 06/17/25 for my car, and I would like to say Rachel is excellent in her customer service skills. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I am sure they will do an excellent job on my car.
I took in my car to get my front bumper repaired. Took them about a week and it got fixed, however, new issues started popping up with my car pretty soon after I got it back. I can't prove it, but I have my suspicions that something went wrong while they were fixing my bumper and I was never informed about it. On top of that, they also had a lot of bias against my insurance company, which made things a bit more complicated during the repairs
