The first visit was for repairs after I ran over a tire, using my insurance. While the repair work itself wasn’t terrible, the lack of communication from their end caused significant delays. I found myself having to constantly call for updates, rather than receiving proactive customer service that would’ve expedited the process. Great service and great work! Highly recommend!
I had my vehicle repaired by Certified, when I first got it home I left a great review, however, I did not notice the grill, which on my model is two pieces, the hood and front, was askew. I took it back, came to pick it up, and it still wasn’t right so left it there. I got it back yesterday and it is not 100%, but was told it was the best they could do. Tony was wonderful, but I am disappointed they didn’t get it to 100%.
