Stay away, read the reviews. This place should not be in business. Completely unprofessional customer service. Many other options dont let the insurance pick your repair shop.
Used to be a decent place but now its gone down hill. Lack of attention to detail and quality. Look for a better place to take your vehicle.
Consistent quality customer service and quality workmanship.
Took my car for repairs after being rear ended. After i dropped off my car they handled everything from there. They did all the arguing with a low rate insurance company on my behalf. When i went to pick up my car i found they had done absolutely excellent work and even fixed some other previously shoddy work from a previous shop. The color match and finish are spot on. 1st time in a literal fender bender and I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness, guidance and attention to detail of Rob, Karissa and crew. The work was impeccable and they handled everything directly with my insurance. Hope I don't have to be back but I would send anyone there! Thank you Certified Collision Experts!
