My car had been totaled and I went to pick up my tag and glasses. Inside the eyeglass case was a few bucks I’d had in the center console. It wasn’t much but it was the principal.. they had given that money back to me. I was shocked and surprised. Have to say this is an honest shop and I’d go there again if I had the need to
These guys were great! Super transparent and great with communication. I never had to wonder what was being done on my truck or when I would be able to look forward to getting it back. Thanks for the easy process!
Work was done, but told me originally take one week ended up taking over two weeks with no communication on when it will be done. Therefore, I had to get my rental car constantly edited and extended this place does not communicate with you so you have to call them constantly to get updates on top of that ended up with a scratch on the side of my vehicle from their shop. highly would not recommend this place.
They used to take everybody now insurance only
I have referred many clients to Certified over the years. They have all been very happy with the way they were treated and the repairs to their cars. Certified recently worked on my car and I’m very satisfied with the way they handled the claim, keeping me informed and their excellent workmanship. I recommend them for any body shop work you need done.
