My experience with Certified Collision Center was amazing! I received excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicated with my insurance adjuster to get the process started, which made me feel very comfortable with leaving my vehicle at the Tracy location. I got rear ended and the at-fault party’s insurance recommended I get an estimate with this shop. I assumed from the beginning that if they’re referring me here, they’re probably cutting costs somewhere but was not expecting to learn that a used bumper would be put on my car.
