Terrible customer service. No one calls back despite taking a deposit and promising to call back. Female representative hang up on me when I was calling to ask why no one calls me back . Apparently someone named Jeff doesnt return the messages to customers according to their customer service rep.

They cleaned my fan coil system Sept 2023, and the actuator went the same week. Certified Clean Air charged me $508 for the new part. Again they cleaned the fan coil system Dec 12, 2024 and on the 13th we had no heat... They say it is the actuator...again.....I have been told that a collision will damage it...but Certified Clean Air says they didn't do it.......A coincidence....hardly!!
Excellent service. Arrived on time, worked quickly and will have them back for sure.
