They cleaned my fan coil system Sept 2023, and the actuator went the same week. Certified Clean Air charged me $508 for the new part. Again they cleaned the fan coil system Dec 12, 2024 and on the 13th we had no heat... They say it is the actuator...again.....I have been told that a collision will damage it...but Certified Clean Air says they didn't do it.......A coincidence....hardly!!

I would like to thank Certified Clean Air Services very much because of their great job! I had issues with my A/C in a brand new condo for 4 yrs and I called couple of technicians to check my A/C but they ultimately told me that my place is hot because of sun exposure! As soon as technician from CCAS arrived, they realized one of the cooling valves was closed this entire time and that was the root cause.
