I had a great experience with Al and the team at Certified Chimney. They were reliable, on time, and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done to keep my home safe. Not only did they provide expert recommendations, but they also made themselves available the same day to complete the improvement.
They came on time to give a free estimate vs other companies that demanded an inspection fee, said that significantly less work was necessary than others had said, and completed the job then and there for significantly less money.
Excellent service. The contractor explained exactly what they were doing. They answered any questions to my satisfaction. The office staff was also very responsive to my calls. Great customer service. I highly recommend this firm.
