I paid for my chase cover on 7/18. It was to be installed when they came to clean my chimney therefore not having to pay a separate service charge. After two cancelled appointments by this company and fall coming on I had another company clean my chimney. I would have had that company install the chase cover but it was in the possession of Certified Chimney. Certified Chimney finally showed up and put it on 9/22, two months and a week later.
