I have used Certified in the past and had no issues. I had made arrangements for my high risk child to be out of the house during today's service, but they were 2 hours late due to technical issues. I was willing to let it slide, but the guy showed up without a mask. It is extremely irresponsible for him to expect to come into my house in the middle of a pandemic and potentially expose my family to COVID. I will find a different company that cares about the safety of my family.

CCC did a Great job in cleaning my couches in my home and left everything in great shape. Ask for Kaid the guy is top notch and did an awesome job. Next time I'm doing floors and area rugs.
