Took my car in at 8:45 for a routine 80,000 mile service and detail. Got a call at 2pm saying that I needed $1500.00 in additional repairs. I chose to wait until my husband could review the list of repairs. I was told my car would be ready at 3:30pm. And I would receive a list of recommendations at that time. Found my Benz at CB&B online. Contacted Jamie and discussed a visit. Went there and was pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure and my trade was made quite easily. Jamie had me test drive the vehicle and then the process was quite quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealer and Jamie if you are interested an any of their vehicles.
