We made an appointment online to test drive the car we were interested in. Leandra was assigned to us and sent email confirmation. We initiated the financing online and Leandra was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, she made necessary changes and adjustments to our terms based on what we were looking for. I had a wonderful experience with Saw at CBB. I walked in as a cash customer only looking for 1 specific vehicle. She met me on the lot, didn’t try to convince me to look at other options, pulled the car I was interested in, and told me everything I could need to know about it. Her product knowledge was impressive! We did the test drive and agreed on the deal.
