He asked me for an appointment while no customer was at the shop. He used a blade for my nape hairs without asking my permission which I never let them use and he did a decent haircut but he got $40 just for a regular haircut. These people really don't know how to do business and the importance of customer satisfaction. I am definitely not going back there again..
