This place is amazing! I took my car to have front bumper sensors installed. There was a problem with the equipment that they had originally ordered, and Justin worked non-stop to rectify the issue. This required ordering another kit from a different manufacturer, removing the faulty equipment, and replacing it with the new kit. Everything now works perfectly! Very nice guys got my alarm installed a year ago. Love the alarm they also wired up my updated mirrors and king ranch seats that I swapped in. Reason for 3 star is when we talked on the phone they gave me their 3 tiers of alarm systems and prices. I opted for the most expensive one with backup battery and 3 year subscription to drone mobile app. I got the app after install and it said I only had a 1 year prepaid trial… I reached out to certified auto sound but no reply. They do the job that is asked and back up their work . Customer service is great . They keep you informed on the job at hand. If anything needs changing, you are advised before the work gets started. If installing a new quality stereo system in any vehicle, be aware that it costs money. More to come at a later date.
