I can't be more grateful for Brian, John and Certified Auto. I had been taking my Cadillacs to Bay Area Point S for years and they were being misdiagnosed and I was being charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the wrong things. Switching to this shop and being diagnosed correctly and having the correct things fixed the first time has made my car feel brand new. As a matter of fact, it's never driven so amazing.
