I have been to Certified Automotive on multiple occasions and have always receive top notch service. Travis and his team have went above and beyond to accommodate my automotive needs.
My truck shook horribly at any speed above 20 mph, turns out my U joint had 10° of play either way. Certified got me in, got the U joint replaced, and got me out super fast. Grant was very responsive and let me know everything going on, thanks to them my truck had minimal down time and now it rides like a dream!
Update! So after Travis refused to align my truck those new tires he sold me well guess what they started wearing in less than 3 weeks when I took to his shop to look at he did acknowledge the wear and STILL refused to fix it. Not only fid he NOT fix my truck but he DID in FACT I have the PROOF that someone in his shop took the spacers off of my truck, denied it said my truck didnt have spacers on it and proceeded to pretty much tell me I was crazy!
