We used Certified Auto in May 2023 to replace the air conditioning system in my 2011 Ford Escape. The service seemed fine—until we pulled out of the lot. Immediately, the vehicle sounded unusually loud. Before leaving the car with them, we had informed the shop owner that we would be out of town and not returning until Monday. Quick, efficient and honest! I recently hit a deer damaging my suspension I had a traction control light come on took it to them and turns out all I needed was an alignment, truck now drives great and the traction control light is gone!
I had a fantastic experience ! I brought my car in for , brake repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in plain terms. The price was fair, and the work was done sooner than expected. The staff were friendly and professional — they really treated me like a valued customer. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but I’ve definitely found my go-to shop. Highly recommend!
