I've taken my fleet of vehicles (Audi, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Jeep) to Certified for 5 years. They've done oil changes, engine swaps (unfortunately not an LS swap into my Jeep), suspension, brakes...pretty much everything but paint, but they have a guy. They've done a great job of communicating. Sometimes its better than expected and sometimes is worse than expected. Repaired my 2018 Chrysler Pacificas front right strut, changed a valve cover gasket, and a coolant leak. Had a slight hiccup repairing a coolant leak. They replaced the water pump thinking it was the main culprit. But after taking it home I noticed it still was leaking coolant. Took it back and after I showed the owner leak. Replaced the thermostat and the housing. Slight inconvenience to bring it back, but the owner made it right.
