Impounded semi truck and trailer said only cash payment even though in IL state Nonconsensual Tows they must provide a 2nd option which they didnt. Avoid parking in Harvey area if you dont want to fall in their trap. "Fair Towing, yeah right :DD More like Sketchy Towing. Be Careful!!
They moved out, unsure where they went. The building is Fair Towing. They do a great job.
