Just needed an oil change and new to the area. Rolled in on my bike and was greeted outside, chatted about an online special I had seen that was a great deal! Went inside, got registered, dropped the car off that night. It was completed with a full synthetic oil change and I was notified that it was done the next morning on my phone. Big shoutout to Certified Auto Repair. The team here has helped me out many times and have never tried to sell me stuff I don’t need. They really are an honest group of people. They even helped me figure out how to repair my own vehicle and took time out of their day, FOR FREE, to help me. Sincerely appreciate everything they do. Great people, great mechanics.
James and Jackson were kind enough to repair my vehicle on short notice when I was in a bind given a part that failed on my starter motor.They are very nice and communicative, and the shop is very clean and well organized. They were patient walking me through the issue and recommended repairs. They were also very reasonable on cost. You get the sense they have pride in their business and customer service and that goes a long way for me. They earned by business in the future.
James and Carissa are always great to work with. I recently had a new set of tires installed and have had my oil changed here several times - always an excellent experience!
These guys provide great service and know their stuff. Came in with tire from another vehicle unannounced. They fixed it in 10 minutes and I was on my way.
