NO NO NO Honestly I’m really mad. I went here before to have a fuel pump replaced and they charged me $900. I went back to them with my current car and current problem because they were 2 blocks from my job so it seemed convenient. Not only did they charge me $83 for an estimate (they charged me for hooking the car up to the computer which I could have done for FREE at o’Riley’s or auto zone) but they gave me an estimate of $843!!! We had a knocking problem in our car engine and decided to take it to our Honda dealer as they are fast and experienced. Turns out the problem is with a part that Certified replaced a little over 1 year ago. We’ve had several vehicles serviced at Certified over recent years. Found that some work hasn’t held up with replaced parts being defective or simply only lasting about 1 year. I was visiting from Ohio when I noticed a thudding under my car so I brought my car in. The mechanic gave me a list of some things and told me the thudding was unrelated. I asked if it would be able to be fixed in one day if I made an appointment ahead of time. He said yes and I set up an appointment the following Thursday.
