I have had to get my car worked on a couple times. One time for my engine needing to get replaced and the second time because my sensor wasn't reading right because of a recall on my Toyota rav4. Jon and Sal talked to over the phone and worked with me on price. Then they took it to Toyota to make sure all of the recalls were taken care of.

I got a check engine light on my car, and of course it was registration and smog time, but the code read it was reading that it was running lean. A friend of mine had read the code for me, so we thought it was the fuel filter. Took it into Barstow Certified Auto Repair, and had the fuel filter, pump etc replaced, well car still wasn't passing and it was still reading too lean. My car failed in the middle of the Mojave. I got a tow to Barstow, and a friend found Certified Auto Repair. I had a pretty good idea about what the problem was, talked it over with Johnny (the owner) and we set a dollar limit. The work was fast, professional, and I was on the road the next day. They replaced the fuel pump and filter, and came in under the agreed limit. I also had a chat with the motel owner and the Napa parts place owner across the street.
