Ive used these folks for about 2 years and for the most part had been happy. Lately not so much. These folks misdiagnosed my truck several times costing me a ton of money out of my pocket and never resolved the issues. The new Crow who works the front desk should be working in the back dressing rooms in Walmart and not in customer service. I ask to speak to to the owner to find out what was all the Miss Diagnostic and 20 minutes later I was told they don't wishbto work on my truck anymore.
