One star for friendly people. Tony, Henry and Liz are nice and friendly, but not a trustworthy good business. Like any business, reputation is the key component. First RED flag: No front desk staff available. 2) enclosing your vehicle in their driveway with a chain and a lock before you complete the paperwork was strange.
