Doesn't have a clue I was very unhappy with the service I received here. I was promised the appraisal within a week, but didn't received it for 2 weeks. I had to keep calling to find out where the report was and kept getting either the voicemail or the receptionist. The only good thing I can say is the price was very reasonable.
