A THIEF and LIAR, and genuinely nasty person. Josh Swinney came to my place and misdiagnosed my washer as having both the top and bottom control boards out, totaling hundreds of dollars. He hadn't been there very long, and I wondered how he could have diagnosed this in such short order. He informed me that the boards were backordered for 3 months. Sent a mechanic out to pull and tug on my ice machine and never did get it open. Was here 10 minutes and the next morning not only did my ice machine not work but now my ice machine is pouring water and my entire refrigerator and freezer is not working. Refused to send someone back out until Monday because they don’t work on weekends. Still charged me 75 dollars to mess it up worse!
Have used Josh for our appliances and he is always very professional and polite. He is also very prompt and honest with what repairs need to be done and in a timely manner. We will continue to use him for any appliance repair needs.
These guys are the best! Certified Appliance Services communicated with me completely, they do what they say they are going to do, and at a fair price. The Appliance "service" company I had previously called was the opposite, they strung our family out and we wiated and they kept making excuses, nearly 3 weeks, and still wasn't fixed. I called Certified and it was done! Really - don't call anyone else in NWA.
