Got around late, but once they did arrive thing got smoother
They sent a tech to my house to look at an error code LF which stands for long fill he looked at the washer for less then 5 minutes and said yeah your gonna need a whole bearing assembly that will set you back over 400 dollars and wont last but a year or 2 it's a design flaw. Your better off buying a new washer so I said ok not thinking about it.
