What a horrible experience with Certified Appliance. The inee who came and likely is the only person in the company was highly aggressive, condescending an surprise to me, a know it all. I was glad my wife did not handle this call due to his aggressiveness. He came, pushed a couple buttons on the refrigerator and, everything is fine. Yet no ice, he said it was the water filter, so though this was on a $10k refrigerator, I was charged under warranty for his time. Replaced filter and did not fix problem. Excellent customer service and repair. Had a problem with my Cove dishwasher and due to my rural location it was difficult to find a service company. Based on the error code and our efforts to reset based on Cove instructions; Monica and Aaron were able to “pre diagnose” over the phone and order the replacement part they suspected was required. Repair was completed quickly and Aaron provided helpful information should the same error happen again. Repair was completed under warranty so I can’t comment on price but it is so di... read more
