Hired them to fix my freezer and my dryer, matt worked hard the first time to fix my freezer, however, I really don't think he knew what he was doing and it took him several hours to replace the same simple part. My dryer and my freezer quit working within a few weeks of his repair. Great service! Fast, friendly and efficient! From the receptionist to the technician, timing was on, correction of problem was fast and efficient and billing was extremely fair. He even cleaned up after fixing my fridge! I would highly recommend!!!
Paid over $300 and problem not solved.
Was charged nearly $300 and dishwasher is still not working. Technician came on Monday and replaced a part which did not resolve the problem. The company will not answer or return my multiple phone calls despite having a 1 year warranty on the repair. AVOID THIS COMPANY! The best appliance repair in Sarasota is Badger Bob's. The only reason I used this company was because they had an immediate opening for a repair.
