I didn’t think that it was still possible to have my dishwasher repaired but wanted to try my luck because the dishwasher has sentimental value for me. Now, this is what I call a five-star service! They were fast, professional, and polite all the time. Their technician did an accurate and careful repair on my electric range. He didn't charge us that much too. I would be recommending their services to anyone I know who needs a reliable appliance repair.
Very Very Very Bad service. The technician was unprofessional and screaming on the phone because he didn't get correct information about the property being a rental one from his guys and reached the property. He didn't even give us a heads up call few minutes before that he will be reaching in 30 min in spite of us calling and letting them know this is a rental property, so make sure your technician calls us at least 15 min before so that we can be there.
