By necessity, due to a much needed refrigerator repair, Frank McCloud made a second "visit" to my property. As before, he communicated the time he would arrive (and he arrived on time); was exceptionally cordial; diagnosed the problem and facilitated the repair quickly and effectively; and charged a most reasonable in his fee. After having my dryer for 10 months, the heat stopped working. I contacted Maytag since it is still under warranty. They had Frank McLoud from Certified Appliance Repair located in Plymouth NH to contact us to take a look at it.
