I have been a Patient at Certified Asthma and Allergy of SA for many years. Dr Ramirez and His Staff have always been very helpful and caring to My Health needs. The Nursing Staff take care of making sure that every month I have My Allergy Meds, Jackie, Mel and Kiana are the Best. The Receptionist staff Hilda and Yvette are very welcoming and always sincere when I walk into the Clinic. Hilda was the first Person I met when I started going to the Clinic. My experience at allergy immunology was amazing! Dr. Ramirez gave me options to help control my allergies and asthma they are wonderful.
This allergy and asthma clinic is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Very caring staff
I was a patient here for several years, and while I really liked Dr. Ramirez Jr., my experiences with the staff (mainly the front desk) were consistently disappointing. I had multiple interactions where the receptionists were passive-aggressive, and I even witnessed them speaking poorly about a patient and rolling their eyes at simple requests.
