I had a bad experience with customer service but Zeljko Gazivoda took the time to return the call. They worry about how other distributors, for me, are better at prices. stable, explaining several times to the seller, I bought a Seco-larm, it melted to perfection, a few days later it stopped working, the metal Bracket doesn't hold it anymore, I bought a new Bracket and it holds it, I asked what I could do for this, but the only thing he said he didn't understand If I'm explaining it step by step, this shouldn't happen and get angry, they only know how to get angry and don't let me explain.
The absolute WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. I asked what the return policy was and he asked me why I bought it if it didn’t fit. He asked me what he was gonna do with it after I send it back!! Absolutely should never work with the public !! Like never ever!!
