Michael and his guys added a patio and privacy wall along the side of our house where I now have a private, tropical oasis to put my hot tub. He also recommended a fantastic electrician and they coordinated their work to get the job done. I didn’t have much room for the project but Michael figured out how to make everything fit and I could not be happier. I’m planning to hire Michael to do a driveway expansion next year. We could not be happier with this company!!! It took a little time for them to get here, but it’s worth the wait in gold! Mike and his team are awesome, Once the job was started, there was someone here every day working and they didn’t leave until it was completed! Everything was coordinated for us. I do agree with the previous reviews that Michael do the work right/excellent and offers all the corresponding options at the beginning and as new option may appear in the market; for example the use of composite material slab for the deck (awesome results) But it is not a piece of cake and so easy. Be prepared for justified delays bc that is the real world Yes he answered my phone calls when needed and relatively quick. I worked for Mike and had multiple problems with not getting paid. It never happened until I had built up a substantial paycheck, but every single time he: 1. made up something absolutely untrue he could get angry about, 2. used that anger to try to have me engage in a fight with him, 3. stormed off and didn't pay me. I am a very peaceful, and he used this against me knowing he could get away with it. This happened 4 separate times, exactly the same way every time. This time I had to take a stand.

Mike and Certi-struct Construction are the best. I was looking for the best way to get an additional 1,200 sqft building added to my property. I could have tried to plan and cordinate the jobs on my own, or go with a GC during a very hectic time period. If a GC - I needed someone effective trustworthy. I googled and found Certi-struct with strong reviews throughout my research.
