Certistruct, Mike Lynch, was recommended by Florida Spa in Leesburg where we bought our Sundance Grandee saying he is the best and they are correct!. The planning where he helped us to create the best dimensions for our house and yard is only surpassed by his workmanship. The same goes for the subs he uses for cement surface finishing and the bird cage. All welcomed questions, concerns and have the experience and knowledge to know what looks best. We would absolutely recommend Michal Lynch of Certi-structure. He added an extension to our lanai that consisted of a cement pad and screen room 32x21. He did what he said when he said. He handled the permits, the ARC (for the villages) and he promised that he would be on the job overseeing his good crew; he was. I interviewed many people for the job. Micheal and team did an excellent job and used high quality materials. Highly recommend him to anyone wanting to add a spa with concrete and screen enclosure.
Certi-Struct Construction did a fabulous job on our hot tub / birdcage project. From the initial site survey to completion, Michael Lynch handled every phase of the job seamlessly! The quality of the work was outstanding and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely use Certi-Struct for another project and highly recommend them.
Michael and crew just finished our job of installing our swim spa and reinstalling our screened lanai. I never realized how big of a job it would be but he guided us through the entire process. Upon completion they came back and cleaned up the jobsite to inital status. He always throughly explained where they were at in the project and why so we knew what what was going to transpire.
