Paul took good care of us. Ordered what we needed on the phone, he e-mailed all necessary documentation in a timely manner, and our employees were able to pick it up with no problem.
Rude man came out to tell me I couldn't back my car off my trailer in his parking lot even though all I needed to do was get it off my trailer to drive across the road to the mechanic. If this is a view of future customer service, I'll never come here or refer anybody. If anything, I'll warn them not to. And in response to the owner, it was 7:20am. There were no other customers there and I wasn't trying to park my car. He didn't even bother to ask. Just walked outside with attitude all over his face and said "can I help ya" ... read more

You call at 10 til 5 and they do not answer. Guess just to busy. LOL
