Where do I start. I called this company for a quote and the guy answering the phone sounded like he hated his job and I was bothering him. I still gave them the order and it took days to get it to ship. When I called and found out it didn't ship, I went by to pick it up, and the fat guy with black hair was a complete jerk! He huffed and puffed when I needed him to actually move from his chair. I always went to Certex before, but I will be going to Ashley Sling from now on! Certex is going down hill!
