Kroger started using this company for processing checks. The only thing I can think of as to why I got denied has to do with my credit score. Why should anyone be subject to providing their social security number to cash a check? Everyone needs to file complaints with Licensing and regulatory affairs of Michigan about these business practices as well as the Federal Trade Commission. These prsactices should be illegal. Had a legitimate check, provided all this weird unusual information they wanted from me, and they still declined to cash the check. Then I called to see why they declined and was required to provide all this weird information to only have them tell me to call the check issuer.

I went to Walmart to cash a withdrawal check from my 401(k) and it clearly states on their website that they cash those types of checks so the first Walmart I go to lets me stand there for 20 minutes and then tells me that customer service is already closed two hours early so then I a drive to the next town over to their Walmart And get all the way through the process and then they tell me that the check was declined and give me this website or phone number to find out the details of why so when I look up the declined transa... read more
