This is a company that judges you without knowing you, then to top it off it is impossible to contact a live, breathing, person! I have benn having consistent issues with this company. Now if there is a living person that can answer some simple questions that the automated "service" doesn't, I would like to speak to them, but i really doubt i will get the "privilege"
