I recently did a hair follicle test and my labs were sent to this facility. I received a call saying I’ve tested positive for Cocaine. I have never in my life used any type of drugs, I reached out to the lab person to go over my drug test she was very rude and nasty and made it seem like I was using drug when I have never. I wouldn’t trust this place if it was the LAST place on Earth ! I’ve never done drugs in my life ! I tested positive for amphetamine. I paid money to get a D&L isomer test done to see why was I testing positive when I’m a non user. The MRO had someone call to say I didn’t have enough hair sample. I called the lab and the lab stated she was confused because the MRO wouldn’t know anything about that. I even got another hair follicle test done and everything came out negative. If I could give them -0000000 stars i would My son has NEVER touched a drug in his life.. He tested positive for meth.. Dr Lundy is Rude As Hell as well when you’re trying to explain that u have never touched drugs ever !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR OR ANYTHING DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

I tested positive for cocaine with my hair follicle and I have never picked up a drug in my whole life. I am an athlete that has NEVER smoked or drink. This has cost me a job I work so hard for. It is unfair. I’m so hurt I will be getting a lawyer because clearly someone messed up my test.. I will never recommend these careless people..
