Certa Site Technicians left for the day with the Fire Alarm System partially disabled due to what they said was an electrical issue. Had to call one of their competitors to get the system back into operation.
Do not use them for Commerical buildings. They will charge you even if they do not fix the problem. None of the techs could figure out the issue, billed us over $1000. Call Andrew Casey Electric instead, they diagnosed and fixed issue same day and won't charge you for work they couldn't complete
