The team at Certasite was knowledgeable and easy to work with. From the folks on the phone to set up and the techs that showed up to do the work, I was very satisfied with their communication and professionalism.
This company has employees driving their business vehicles recklessly on US131. I witnessed one cut off other drivers and go well over the speed limit. As a life safety company, they clearly do not prioritize safe driving, which reflects poorly on their values and ethics.
Very poor experience with this company. Their lack of skill and knowledge in suppression panels led to us incurring various unnecessary expenses. In addition, another company had to follow behind them to complete the work we still needed done on our building. They do not answer calls unless it is their sales team. Maybe we were just a one off but highly would NOT recommend working with this company.
