Please dont go with them. They are horrible charge ridiculous prices and getting rid of them is also very annoying

Southern Ontario here. They really need to get their act together. It's insane how you pay thousands of dollars a year to a company and it's interactions with you are all the laziest they can get. Certas Insurance is quietly quitting the industry I would say.
We at Morgan's Roofing did work for Certas Direct Insurance. We repaired a roof for them. Certas Direct Insurance was incredibly easy to work and communicate with. They were organized and punctual with communication as we helped them with their roof. We would gladly recommend Certas Direct home and auto insurance if you were in the market for their services.
Horrible.....they made contact with me 2 weeks after the water problem. They refused to pay the one bill I forwarded to them. They did not advise that we could have and should have moved out while all the fans were running...and me with a breathing problem. Avoid them as it will cost you dearly. No stars would be a much better rating.
