They are terrible. They do not answer or return calls knowing that your policy is ending and the auto renewal will come up. That way they can charge you a massive amount to cancel. Trevor did this to us. Rather than backdate the cancellation because he and his team were at fault they sent a $950 bill to collections. Fighting it now it now in court…do not use.

By every possible measure the worst insurance company possible. I’ve been with them and their predecessors since I began to drive over 40 years ago. They have my home and auto policies and they have billed me numerous times and over numerous occasions for cars I no longer have, and when I finally needed their help after being rear ended by a driver who had been speeding down the shoulder only to cut in as the shoulder ended and right onto me, they have continued to deny my claims in spite of of ongoing pain and anxiety.
