I just had my car broken into last night went to get in this morning and the window was smashed out. I called certa They were amazing that happened at 6:30 this morning. I was in my rental car by 11 got appointment to get my window fixed already. They took Care of everything for me they were amazing. I would give them 10 stars. The best insurance company I’ve ever had. They made this whole ordeal so easy for me. I would recommend them to everyone.
If I could rate this negative stars I would. Terrible company, terrible service, exploit people and have very much two faced customer service. If you were even thinking about joining this company for insurance, please do not get yourself involved with people that are meant to provide a service for justice and do the complete opposite. They are inconsiderate and need to do better. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. There claims department are incompetent and malicious. They act in bad faith and never and I mean never return you calls. There own employes tell me to contact the province.
They just want your money and nothing else. I listened to my insurance advisor about where to take my car and I was let down. They were horrible to deal with. the shop they recommended was so backwards and did a horrible job to my car. When I went to complain they just blew me off. Don't waste your time with Certas or Desjardins as they are connected.
