I called for an estimate. Certa pro painters did one virtually and then stopped responding to me. I called twice. First, I spoke to the estimator who told me he would get back to me by the end of the week and then when he didn’t I spoke with the office who told me they had no control over whether or not the painters gave out estimates in a timely manner. Don’t use this company. What horrible customer service they provide.
I hired cert a pro two years ago to paint the exterior of my stucco house. I am very Upset the paint on both my front porch, back porch and doors are all chipping. The company has changed owners and they refuse to fix the problems.I would never recommend them to anyone. They never sanded anything and put multiple thick coats of paint that can be peeled off easily. I spent over 12,000 dollars and I'm sorry I ever hired them. Horrible.
Really great to work with. Brent consulted with us on colors and made sure we knew all the details. He Also brought up things we hadn’t thought of. The work was perfect. Highly recommend.
The crew that painted the stucco exterior on the front of our house did a fantastic job. I've already told several people that this was probably the happiest I've ever been with a service provider. The work was excellent and completed quickly, and the painters were kind and courteous and they went above and beyond what we had expected. My only critical feedback is to give the homeowners a day's advance notice. Both times the crew showed up, it was unannounced and it caught us off guard.
