Dont recommend doing business with this company!! They said I was pre approved, had to spend $2700.00 of hard earned monies!! Just to have the underwriter state cannot sign off on loan, due to a NSF CHECK!! Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! Lost out on all my monies!!!??
After a referral from a friend, I messaged Certainty Home Loans directly the first week of September. I also went on their website and filled out the forms to get started. It's now the first week of November and even after 3 MORE attempts to reach out to them, I still have yet to receive a response. Doesn't seem like they care to gain new business.

My husband and I were told by our Realtor to apply for a Mortgage loan through Certainty Home Loans. The loan would be paid as soon as we sold our existing home. My husband supplied the Loan Officer with all of the information required. We were sent a preliminary document to sign via our computers. My husband carefully checked all of the financial data and discovered that one of the accounts had been duplicated, thereby overstating our assets. Certainty Home Loans helped me close on my loan for a new home. Not only was the process great, they closed on time and were always able to help. Got a phenomenal rate and the loan officer/production assistant were always amazing.
This has been the worst experience of buying a home so far, and this is my third house I've bought. Not only dealing with my realtor who seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, but apparently working with manny ****** and Claudia ******* at the certainty home loans in El Paso wasn't any better! It's been months since I've closed on the house and I am still dealing with them about getting money that is owed to me.
