This company is trash. Jarad ask me to get insurance for my house and a got progressive by homesite and they choose another insurance company without my knowledge now six months later I received a letter from progressive that they haven’t received the payment and I contact Jarad and I got no response. Now they sell the loan to another company and I got collections because they didn’t pay for my home insurance instead they sent the money to another company that I didn’t know until now. We were referred to Viktor by our realtor after an experience with a lender working to take advantage of us! Viktor was very professional from the beginning & was immediately able to quote us our interest rate, etc. Viktor & Tara worked quickly to get our application process through. Tara was so very nice to work with & very helpful in the paperwork submission! The entire process was pleasant & non stressful because of these two! Would use this company over & over again!! If I could leave no stars, I absolutely would. I didn't go through Certainty Home Loans for my lender, but the people buying my house went through them. And as a seller, they have not made this process easy. They have delayed closing MULTIPLE times now, to let my buyer know the day before, or even the DAY of that we won't be closing. Poor communication on their end, and they have made the home selling process even more stressful than it already was. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT GET A SINGLE RECOMMENDATION FROM ME, AND I ADVISE A... read more
Worked with Aaron Chick to complete my first home loan. Very attentive and on top of any changes. He would call or text me to keep me updated on every step and was able to answer every question I threw at him (there were many, being my first time through the process). He saw the loan through till the end and went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. 100% ask for Aaron if you need a loan
