I bought my system a little over a yr ago. I didnt know prior to installation that the unit would cycle, or flush, once/day, that I couldnt use the water when it did, and that it took 4 hrs to complete. Within the first yr the filter failed and my water was full of carbon. It was repaired without charge, but I was told that if it occurred again the repair was approx 1K. RecommendedI recently called Certain Services to have my Outside water system inspected and cleaned. Amy was very professional, nice and helpful. Nick arrived well within the two hour window and is not only an excellent technician, but took the time to answer all my questions about the system, explaining everything he was doing along the way. Just had a full home RO system installed. Everything was fully explained by Bill prior to the install. He spent hours with my wife and I until we were knowledgeable enough to make an informed decision. Their service techs are outstanding, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. I found out on Tuesday morning that my well pump had failed. I was referred to Certain Services, by Heidi Shrock, my sisters real estate agent, about replacing the pump. Joseph was out in the early afternoon and began making the repairs. He was very informative and kept me posted on the progress. He even corralled a black snake out of my pool cage.
